Weird Michigan Wax Museum

We are located on the corner of US-2 and Martin Lake Road, just 6 miles west of the Mackinac Bridge. The Weird Michigan Wax Museum is an educational and fun experience for the whole family. Michigan is known for its abundance of colorful characters and curious happenings. We recreate history and folklore with exhibits featuring life-size figures. Visitors have found the self-guided tour engaging, humorous and riveting. The Snake Princess of Belle Isle, Michigan Dog Man, King of Beaver Island, Underground Railroad female stationmaster and many more are on display. Try your luck in our outdoor Mining Experience. Pan for valuable gems suitable for mounting, including white topaz, garnet, citrine and more.
